Prime 1 Realty represents investors, property owners, developers and businesses throughout Florida. Our commercial services include investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions, industrial and logistics properties, land and development, retail and net lease assets, multifamily investment sales, commercial leasing, tenant representation, valuation and owner advisory services.
PROPERTY AND COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT
Prime 1 Property Management provides professional management for residential and commercial properties and associations, including homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, commercial property owners’ associations, office parks, multifamily properties and rental portfolios of ten or more units.
Under Florida law, a community association management firm responsible for managing a residential association with more than 10 units or an annual budget of $100,000 or greater must be licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Community association management requires specialized knowledge, professional judgment and managerial skill. Prime 1 assists association boards and property owners with financial administration, budgets, assessments, association funds, statutory notices, meetings, voting requirements, official records, vendor contracts, property maintenance, inspections and compliance with governing documents and applicable Florida law.
Our commercial property management and owner representative services include financial administration, owner reporting, budgeting, leasing coordination, vendor oversight, maintenance coordination, property inspections and direct support for commercial property owners and association boards.
Prime 1 Property Management operates under a Designated CAM and uses appropriately licensed professionals to provide regulated services. Our management approach emphasizes financial accountability, regulatory compliance, responsive communication, professional vendor oversight and the protection of the properties and communities entrusted to us.

Prime 1 operates under the direct oversight of Antony Oseitutu, Broker of Record for Prime 1 Realty and Designated CAM for Prime 1 Property Management. This leadership provides direct accountability across our residential brokerage, commercial brokerage and property management operations.
