Option 1: Tenant Placement Only

We help you find a qualified tenant and then hand over the reins.

What’s Included:

  • Professional photography

  • MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com & social media marketing

  • Showings & open houses

  • Tenant screening (credit, background, income, rental history)

  • Lease preparation and signing

  • Move-in coordination

Fee: 100% of the first month’s rent
Best For: Landlords who want to manage the property themselves after lease signing.


Option 2: Prime Full-Service Property Management

We take care of everything — giving you peace of mind and consistent cash flow.

What’s Included:

  • All tenant placement services

  • Rent collection

  • Maintenance coordination with vetted vendors

  • Routine inspections & reporting

  • Lease renewals & annual rent reviews

  • Eviction handling (if necessary)

  • Monthly financial reporting

  • Year-end tax documents

Fee: 100% of the first month’s rent + 10% monthly (minimum $140/month)
Best For: Investors, busy landlords, or anyone seeking passive income.
