Hi! I’m Ashely Jones, a South Florida native, born and raised in Hollywood, FL. My first love was the stage — I discovered the world of Theatre at just 11 years old, and it completely shaped my journey. From Middle and High School productions to earning a BA in Theatre Arts at Jacksonville University, the performing arts taught me how to manage, connect, and lead with both grace and strength.

It was through stage managing a production of Pride & Prejudice that my life took an unexpected but inspiring turn. I met a local broker who was building a boutique real estate company in Jacksonville’s Historic District — and that’s where my love for real estate was born.

I officially began my real estate career in 2017, earned my Sales Associate license in 2019, and I’m now pursuing my Broker’s license. I bring a unique mix of creativity, attention to detail, and people-first energy to every client experience.

Whether helping someone find their dream home, selling with confidence, or supporting our Prime 1 Realty team from behind the scenes, I’m passionate about building connections and creating positive experiences.

Outside of Real Estate
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors — I love nature, animals, water, and plants. I’m also a huge fan of media, movies, books, and storytelling in all its forms. I’ve even produced and directed a few radio plays!
