My name is Brandon Arias, and I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I’m proud of my Costa Rican and Colombian heritage and travel often to visit family. I have a strong interest in both technology and history, which keeps me curious and engaged in learning. I’ve been living in the Tampa Bay area for almost two years and have been enjoying the scenery and community here. My career in property management began at 18 as a front desk agent in a condominium, and since then, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of properties—from managing HOA communities to ultra-luxury residences. I earned my community association license in 2023 and am passionate about helping build and enhance communities. I look forward to bringing that experience to your community.
