Chan’nel Asbell serves as Managing Director of Community Association Management for Prime 1 Property Management and as a REALTOR® with Prime 1 Realty. As a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, she leads Prime 1’s Community Association Management division and oversees its team of licensed community association managers.

Her combined experience in community association management and real estate provides valuable insight into association operations, property values and the needs of boards, homeowners and real estate clients. Chan’nel leads the division with a focus on accountability, responsive communication and professional service.
